About the Role

We are looking for an Engineer / Senior Engineer to design, build, and enhance conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow (CCAI)

In this role, you will work on creating intelligent conversational experiences, integrating backend systems, and transforming traditional workflows into modern AI-driven interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational flows, intents, and entities using Google Dialogflow (CCAI)
• Develop and integrate webhooks, APIs, and backend services using Node.js or Python.
• Support migration of traditional IVR systems and workflows into conversational AI solutions.
• Integrate Dialogflow bots with external APIs and cloud services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug systems, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with latest trends in conversational AI and Dialogflow capabilities.

Required Skills

• 3 - 8 Years of experience in software development
• 2 or 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow (CCAI)
• Experience with voice bots or IVR transformation projects
• Strong programming skills in Node.js or Python
• Experience building REST APIs, webhooks, or serverless applications
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow integrations and fulfillment logic
• Good understanding of conversational design principles
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Firestore)
• Exposure to contact center integrations (Genesys, Twilio, NICE)
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts
